Today, we were learning about how to take care of ourselves. First, we thought about all the different areas in life where we need to take care of ourselves. We came up with: physical health, mental health, emotional health and material well-being. Next, in groups we came up with ideas for different ways we could take care of ourselves in each area. We discussed the consequences of either doing or not doing these things in our lives and we began to realise that all of these different areas of our lives affect each other.
