We discussed what encouragement is and then wrote a positive encouragement for different people in class on post it notes and then stuck them on the person. We thought about how these encouragements made us feel!  We watched a scene from Moana when she gives Te Fiti her heart back and discussed how Te Fiti changed once she let love in.

We also looked at how we can keep our body healthy by eating healthily. We tried some different healthy snacks and were surprised at what we liked!
