On Tuesday we spent the morning at Poole’s Cavern. It is a two-million-year-old natural limestone cave on the edge of Buxton. We explored the cavern and discovered how it has been used by people over thousands of years.
In the afternoon we became Fire Starters! We found our way to base camp and learnt how to make fire. We then built a fire and toasted marshmallows on it!
Then we went to Buxton, drank from the famous Buxton Spring and had fun in the park!
