Crich Tramway Village

Today we visited Crich Tramway Village. We enjoyed our Victorian tram workshop, dressing up as workers on the tramway.

Then we went for a ride on the Victorian tram. We had to pay halfpenny and the conductor gave us a ticket.

We enjoyed the playground-although it was rather wet and muddy!

In the museum we looked around a number of trams-including one from Liverpool- and watched some being restored.

Finally we visited the Victorian sweet shop - there were so many jars of sweets, it was difficult choosing which sweets we wanted to buy!
